There’s Music In Them
When my bass-playing husband put a bundle of used strings aside for recycling, I saw a necklace in the making. 
I’ve made several necklaces and bracelets since. There are two types of string: brass and nickel.
I made eight for the Bowen Island Wearable Art show. 
I added bobbypins and single earrings to some.
I wore one to a dinner party, which I also wore while ona flight to NY and had several compliments which become such fun when I explain the materials I used to make it.
